The Yoga 7 studio at the wonderful venue Abberley Village Hall started in September 2016. This class in Abberley offers a large and quiet venue perfect for Yoga.
You will experience the benefits of proper breathing techniques such as deep abdominal breathing and alternate nostril breathing (anuloma viloma). The breathing techniques have progressed to include Kapalabhati breathing which can be practised after two months of alternate nostril breathing (anuloma viloma). Options are given to individual students who may struggle with the more advance breathing techniques.
The postures are tailored to suit all levels and so you would take the higher or lower option depending on how you feel on the day. This class always ends with a guided relaxation of 20 minutes. Yoga 7 runs classes here throughout the year so don’t let the school holidays be a reason to stop your practise, however we are closed on Bank Holidays. We have a large car park at the entrance to the Yoga Studio in Abberley. The venue is ideal for a Yoga Class and space is available for up to 20 students. Please do bring your blankets for the relaxation at the end as your body temperature cools down after the asana (postures), even in summer.
