Yoga class in Barbourne each month on a Friday evening. A yoga class suitable for all levels with a focus on different asanas each month. This is a great opportunity to deepen your practise and gives us the extra time needed with more complex postures, such as the headstand and the vinyasa flow sequence of sun salutations. Students will practise deep abdominal breathing and Anuloma Vuloma (alternate nostril breathing). Advanced breathing techniques such as Kapalbhati breathing will be practised too with options given to those less experienced.
The class always ends with a guided relaxation so do bring a blanket to experience the full benefits. We are in the large hall at the Ombersley Road Methodist Church which is a quiet and wonderful space for up to 15 students. There’s car parking for students too. All equipment is provided. Please avoid heavy meals 2/3 hours beforehand.
