    I have been attending Claire’s classes for several months now and enjoy every aspect of them. I can feel real improvements in my strength, stamina and balance thanks to regular practice of the asanas I have learnt here. The breathing techniques at the beginning, and the guided relaxation at the end of each yoga session makes for a fully rounded experience that nurtures both body and soul. Claire is a very thorough teacher and always takes the time to remind you of the correct alignment details for each pose. Variations from beginner to advanced are offered up where appropriate so that everyone can join in no matter what level they are at.

      Thank you Janine and so glad you are able to join in more than once a week to help deepen the practise. Wednesday evenings are more of a challenge with headstands currently being practised in lockdown but it is great to mix it up. Great having you in classes and so glad you are experiencing the benefits.x

    Claire is such a great teacher, always explains everything really clearly and is really encouraging. I’ve been doing yoga with Claire for over a year now (and have started doing classes online twice a week now) and have become much more confident in my practice, I’m definitely more flexible and have become stronger. Claire makes you feel really comfortable in every class and is really encouraging to every level of ability. I particularly enjoy the guided relaxation at the end of classes, I look forward to every yoga session each week.

    I am now in my 5th year of continuous yoga practice with Claire. I feel I have benefited immensely from yoga increasing my flexibility, fitness, core and body strength. All good things to have for people of any age or ability and so important when getting older. Claire is an experienced teacher who is welcoming and inspiring, catering for people of all abilities within her classes. Breathing, postures and relaxation make for a balanced class, each discipline complimenting each other being good for the mind and body as a whole. Yoga is a journey with in ones self, well worth the time and effort. Thank you Claire.

    Being able to continue my yoga practice with Claire in these unprecedented times has been great. As a nurse her sessions have helped me to stay mentally calm and helped ease the physical manifestations of stress. Claire is friendly and expert in adapting her classes to suit all levels of students in her class.
