The Yoga Studio on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings is in City Centre of Worcester at St Swithun’s Institute. Each Tuesday and Wednesday evening Yoga Classes are here throughout the year so don’t let the school holidays be a reason to stop your practise. The perfect Yoga Studio can accommodate up to 20 students comfortably. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate Yoga students and is tailored to suit all levels so you will be challenged if you’re a regular to Yoga.
You will experience the benefits of proper breathing techniques such as deep abdominal breathing and alternate nostril breathing (anuloma viloma). In this class the breathing techniques have progressed to include Kapalabhati breathing which can be practised after two months of alternate nostril breathing (anuloma viloma). Options are given to individual students who may struggle with the more advance breathing techniques.
The postures are tailored to suit all levels and so you would take the higher or lower option depending on how you feel on the day. This class always ends with a guided relaxation of 20 minutes. There are some free parking spaces around St Swithun’s and a car park charging £1 after 7pm very close by. This class is popular so to avoid disappointment please prepay for your class online or block book to guarantee a space and save money at the same time.
