Yoga Classes at St Peter’s Worcestershire is a beginners yoga class but does have a mixed ability of students. St Peter’s Village Hall is a great start to your week. The breathing techniques include Kapalabathi breathing but options are given to students who wish to work up towards this more advanced breathing technique. The postures are tailored to suit all levels and so you would take the higher or lower option depending on how you feel on the day. This yoga class always ends with a guided relaxation of 20 minutes. Please bring a blanket to get the most out of the relaxation at the end of the class.
Yoga 7 classes run throughout the year so there’s no need to interrupt your Yoga Practise over the school holidays, however we are closed on Bank Holidays. Please book your place to avoid disappointment as the classes are usually busy.
There is plenty of parking on either Tesco car park next door or the smaller car park by the entrance to the Village Hall. There are also cycle racks close by and a great bus route running to and from the City Centre.
