Yoga in the heart of the Worcester city for those who prefer to practise later in the evening. The yoga class is for beginners and advanced students as well as everyone in between. You will experience breathing techniques for the first 20 minutes at least, helping to cleanse and detox as well as balancing the left and right brain hemispheres. The asana will vary from week to week mostly with sun salutations in each class. Each class will end with a guided 20 minute relaxation, the perfect end to the day and setting you up for a restful night’s sleep. All equipment is provided but please do bring a blanket for the guided relaxation at the end. Avoid heavy meals 2/3 hours before class so better to eat a big lunch and a small snack after class.
