Each class is 90 minutes and consists of proper breathing techniques for weight loss, detoxing and cleansing the internal organs as well as balancing both the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Each class has a variety of postures to increase flexibility and strength and always ends with a guided relaxation of 20 minutes.
